Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we are here to help.

Returns policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service or take out insurance for items of significant value.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded using your original method of payment. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
